What's For Dinner?

Roasted String Beans and Brussel Sprouts. The perfect vegetable to compliment the can have Sweet Potatoe! For dessert, chilled fresh pineapple...the sweetest!

Vegetable Recipe:

1 large bag of fresh string beans

1 large bag of fresh brussel sprouts

Wash and drain well vegetables. Cut brussel sprouts in half(long way). Toss with Olive Oil. Season with your favorite seasonings. Bake in large pan, covered with aluminum foil on 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.

Sweet Potatoe Recipe:

Wash and cut 8 horizontal slices, 2/3 deep and place on aluminum foil lined pan. Bake on 425 degrees for 1 hour. Cut top of potatoe vertically and open. Add butter, sprinkle cinnamon and Everything Bagel seasoning.
