2019 KWANZAA VENDOR REGISTRATION
The Exhibitor Donations are the following:
$27.00 Information Vendors, $52.00 Arts & Crafts Vendors and $102.00 Food Vendors via PayPal, ran@rocanatural.com.
*Must bring your own 6-ft. table with tablecloth and 2 chairs
***VENDOR/EXHIBITOR SPACE INCLUDES:
Email Blast Promoting Your Organizations Vendor/Exhibitor;
(1) business posting on Social Media Channel;
***REQUIREMENTS:***
Exhibitors must begin setup at 3:00 pm on the day of the event and may not break down until the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise stated by the show producer. Only (1) vendor per exhibit table, unless otherwise previously arranged. Vendor/Exhibitor donations are non-refundable. You may display your banner at your table, but it cannot interfere with the space near you. You will receive confirmation of your vendor space status via email within 48 hours upon receipt of your information from the below online form and payment of your vendor fee via paypal (ran@rocanatural.com).
