***REQUIREMENTS:***
Exhibitors must begin setup at 5:00 pm on the day of the event and may not break down until the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise stated by the show producer. Only (1) vendor per exhibit table, unless otherwise previously arranged. Community Supporters donations are non-refundable. You may display your banner at your table, but it cannot interfere with the space near you. You will receive confirmation of your vendor space status via email within 48 hours upon receipt of your information from the below online form and receipt of donation via paypal (ran@rocanatural.com).
