2019 VENDOR REGISTRATION
The Exhibitor Fees are the following:
$225.00 New Vendors and $175.00 R.A.N 2018 Returning Vendors & Holistic Practitioners.
***VENDOR/EXHIBITOR SPACE INCLUDES:
(1) 6-ft. table with tablecloth(upon request) and 2 chairs;
(2) Passes to the R.A.N EXPO;
(1) Email Blast Promoting R.A.N Vendor/Exhibitor;
(1) business posting on R.A.N Social Media Channel;
Inclusion in the R.A.N Passport Program Booklet;
(1) business listing in R.A.N Event Program
***REQUIREMENTS:***
Exhibitors must be setup no later than 9:00 am on the day of the event and may not break down until the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise stated by the show producer. Only (1) vendor per exhibit table, unless otherwise previously arranged. If you require electricity, there is an additional $50.00 fee per space. Vendor/Exhibitor fees are non-refundable. You may display your banner at your table, but it cannot interfere with the space near you. You will receive confirmation of your vendor space status via email within 48 hours upon receipt of your information from the below online form and payment of your vendor fee via paypal (link also below).
