2 (10oz) Birds Eye Frozen Cauliflower
1 pint of Heavy Cream
Shredded Sharp Chedder cheese
Shred Cracker Barrel Cheddder Cheese
1 Tsp of butter
1 Tbls of Nutritional Yeast
1 cup of Carnation milk
Prepare Frozen Cauliflower as instructed. Heat in a saucepan Heavy Cream and butter. Add about 1 cup of shredded cheeses(1/2 Cracker Barrel & 1/2 Sharp Chedder Cheese) and stir until melted. Add your favorite seasonings). Add cooked Cauliflower until well mixed.
In a medium size baking dish, sprinkle cheese on bottom. Add a layer of Cauliflower mixture. Repeat and ending with cheese. In a separate bowl, whip a cup of Carnation milk and 1 egg. Pour over layered cheese and cauliflower. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake on 350 degrees for 1hr or until brown and set.
