It gives me such pleasure to continue to connect our neighboring boroughs to Staten Island through arts and culture as well as fashion with our latest vendor, Ites International Designs at the African Cultural Market at the Kwanzaa Celebration: 7 Days, 7 Principles, 7 Communities event on Monday, December 26, 2022.

Ites International Designs is located at 63 Pearl St., Shop 12, DUMBO Brooklyn, NY and her Indigenous inspired designs will be a part of the African Fashion show, 7 Principles of Couture. This cultural and "edu-taining" event, hosted at Central Family Life Center, 59 Wright Street, Staten Island, NY 10304 from 6pm to 10pm and include Guest Speaker, Dr. Kaba Hiawatha Kamene, Afro-Beats by DJ Sergen General Tactics, Procession, African Dance by Uptown Dance Academy of Harlem, Drumming, performances by Rudi Mwongozi, Poetry, Tributes, African Fashion Show by Designers Patience Udotong & Oumie Peters and Ites International while shopping at the African Cultural Market.
