Empress of Empress Flavors Inc. began cooking when she was 7 years old when her mom asked her to take the chicken from the refrigerator in preparation for dinner. After that, she began preparing and cooking family dinner every night. Her love of cooking continued into her adult life while entertaining friends and family.
