Thursday, December 26, 2024, show your support and assist with sustaining these unique local artisans, shops, and small businesses (Ujamaa) at the Unity Marketplace at the 3rd Annual Kwanzaa Celebration! Unity In The Community!


This cultural event is in collaboration with Community Partners and hosted at Central Family Life Center, 59 Wright Street, Staten Island, NY 10304 from 6:30pm to 10:30pm and will include the following fabulous artisans and small businesses for your gift giving and shopping needs:

Also, enjoy Afro-beats by DJ General Tactics, Procession,  Poetry,  African Dance by MCDC Miss Cheryl's Dance Company, Fusha Dance Company,  Drumming Circle, Performances by Jah Jah Beats and IamI, Rudi Mwongozi and Guest Speaker,  Professor James Small to share the importance of family, community and culture to reaffirm and reinforce the bonds between us as people.
