I call myself making a pot of Turkey Chili, but after I got to throwing in a Smoked Turkey Tail, ground Turkey, Ground Sun Dried Tomatoes, leftover Collard Greens, Red Kidney Beans, Black Beans, Sweet Onion, Fresh Garlic, Red and Yellow Peppers, Chili Seasoning and my special blend of seasonings that got me saying, "this ain't just any ole chili."
